  Booking Procedure

2. Download the Booking Form (PDF: 68KB / 2 pages). Complete and sign it and send it along with the deposit, which is 25% of the Charter Fee, to the address on the form. This will be acknowledged and only at this point does a formal contract to charter exist.
    

3. One month before the charter is due to begin, forward the balance of the Charter Fee along with the Security Deposit in cleared funds. This will be acknowledged and we will confirm handover arrangements with you.

  Notes - Bareboat Charter

• The security deposit is £1,200 for bareboat charter. This covers breakages and losses. It should be paid at least four weeks before the start of the charter. The balance will be refunded within 10 days of the end of the charter.

• The minimum charter period is one week.

• The charter is subject to our Charter Agreement (PDF: 84KB / 4 pages), a copy of which can be downloaded.

• Charterers should allow 3 or 4 hours for handover which will include a sea trial with the charter skipper handling Vital Spark under sail and engine.

• Charterers should allow enough time at the end of the charter to clean the boat. Late returns will be charged at £40 per hour. Vital Spark should be left fully bunkered and properly cleaned. When this is not the case, a post-charter charge of £60 will be made.
